I’m Jen, a Bodyworker and Massage Trainer/Educator with over 20 years of experience running my own successful practice here in Australia and back where my career started in the UK.
With over 8 therapists working for me at one time I would teach them to help their patients on many levels, which may include massage, reflexology, acupressure, trigger point and physical exercise. Over the years we had many patients with chronic back and neck issues which led me to research and find a treatment that my patients could continue with at home.
I started my career as a Reflexologist and Aromatherapist back in the 90s in the Uk. I soon realised I had found my purpose in life and continued to train in many different styles of massage including Sport Massage, Trigger point therapy, Acupressure, Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Ancient Hawaiian in Maui Hawaii, Lomi Lomi in Australia and so on. I still find something new to learn each year and still have a love and passion for all things Natural and different forms of Bodywork.
I have had the pleasure of working within the Commonwealth Games in the Medical Massage Team, massaging some of the Worlds best elite Athletes and Para Athletes. Also helping Tri-Athletes in some of the Australian series.
After much research and practice I found that the best treatment for chronic long term illness is continuity of treatment to maintain good health and good posture.
